Currently, there is not a configurable way to manage a download priority queue.  As a workaround, you can pause other torrents that are currently downloading, to give priority to another torrent(s) you want to download.  To do this, find the torrent in your Torrent Feed, then click the blue text that says ‘Downloading’. This will pause the torrent. Alternatively, you can click on the torrent in your Torrent Feed, then click Actions, then click Pause.
