A torrent can stop progressing when there are not enough peers, the network is blocked, the download location is unavailable, or the torrent data cannot be written.
Try these steps:
1. Check the number of peers or torrent health.
2. Keep the task running for a while to see if more peers become available.
3. Confirm your internet connection is stable.
4. Make sure the download folder is available.
5. Confirm your Mac has enough free disk space.
6. Pause and resume the task.
If a torrent has very few or no peers, BitTorrent Neo may not be able to complete the download until more peers are available.
